I love the service team here! Chip, Ethan, Len, and everyone I have met there is awesome. They have this new feature where they text a detailed overview of the vehicle and any issues they may find when you drop your car off. It's quite impressive, convenient, and provides great context before I have a discussion with Chip about any fixes and next steps. The service team is top-notch, super-professional, friendly, and they always get me in and out in time. I've been chauffeured to work instead of having to wait and they also have loaner vehicles available. My husband says dealership services cost considerably more than other mechanics, however, for the five-star service they provide, the value is there and I believe it's worth it. I use to get my car serviced in Allentown from the dealership I purchased my car from, but once I found Chip and his team, I'm sticking to getting my car serviced here.

Great experience - found just the right car for the right price. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. Both Michael DiDio and Ryan Kahl were super helpful - they answered all my questions by email, made honestly good offer that I couldn't refuse, we made the deal by email, and I drove out with a new car within 20 minutes of reaching the dealership. All paperwork was ready the moment I walked into the dealership - it was easier than buying latte at Starbucks. My best car buying experience by far!
